A. I will walk a max of 4 well behaved dogs for one hour
A. This will depend on the route and area of pick up. I will avoid long journeys as much as possible and will ensure that you as a customer are happy with the routes, journey times beforehand. My main catchment area is Beverley to avoid long travelling distances.
A. Yes, I offer a free meet and greet service prior to discuss your pets personality and for us all to get to know each other first. I will use this time to take other details such as emergency contacts, your preferred vet and other relevant details regarding your pets history to enable me to provide the best possible care.
A. Yes, this is a legal requirement and I will not be able to take your pooch out without a tag that clearly shows their owners name and address.
A. Not usually but this can be discussed and arranged if I have availability. I will try to be flexible if possible for regular clients.
A. Yes. If you cancel by either phone or email giving at least 24 hours notice, there will be no charge.
A. I am available to dog walk from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday. Pet sitting days to be discussed.
A. No, I have a duty of care towards your pet as well as my other customers.
A. There are three secure fields in Beverley which can accommodate group dog sessions for an hour. I can book a slot and providing I have enough dogs and the field is available, will happily make use of the field.
A. I will get wet!
A. Yes, I will need to see evidence that your pet has been vaccinated and up to date with their boosters before I can take them out as I have a duty of care to my other clients/dogs.
A. Yes, providing the instructions are clear, this will not be a problem.
A. I want everyone in the group to have a really good, fun time. If tension is ever generated I will monitor and keep you informed. I may need to make the decision to switch the groups.
A. I would not walk a snappy dog in a group but may be prepared to do a solo walk, depending on their history.
A. Your key will not be identified to your property or personal data. Your personal information/pets history, will be secure and no other person will have access to it other than yourself if you wish to have a copy. All information will be stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
