What is the feeding schedule and amounts?

Where are the food and bowls kept?

Does your pet have any trouble at mealtimes? What would you prefer me to do if they don’t eat?

Medications - is your pet taking any medications? If so, please provide a schedule and location of medications below if applicable.

Walks and nature calls

How often does your dog need/want to go on walks? Length?
